So tuesday i started 02468

Tuesday: I fasted strong until I got home that night,late, the 0 day, and put some food in my mouth. Before swallowing I thought of all the people, including myself, I'd be letting down. I spit it out quickly, brushed my teeth and went to bed.

Wednesday: 200: I woke up and went straight to work. I had a good day. Sorry I couldn't comment on people's blogs yesterday. I got home and decided to eat some spinach and broccoli, 60 cals. I also had part of a coconut macaroon, and a small coconut date bar. I didn't eat the whole thing of either, so I stayed under 200. I went to the gym and did an intense leg workout for a half hour, I was really light headed, but I worked through it. I then had to go meet someone for my new apartment! I hope I get it anyway. Its a two bedroom, decent size. My dad will stay with me 3 nights a week. We are going to go look at it again today. Anyway. I went to the book store with my little sister and we bought all the books Ellen Hopkins has written, craze, burned, idenditcal, glass, impulse, and another one, i can't remember. I love the way this author writes. Its beautiful. I went back to the gym after that. I burned at least 900 cals. An hour on the eliptical, 30 minutes on the bike.

I woke up at 3 in the morning and couldn't fall asleep due to hunger pains. So I ate 3 date bars. I was freaking out because I didn't know the calories. I just checked. They each had 75 cals about. So that puts me at 225 for the day. I don't know if I'll eat much more today. I almost ate when I woke up this morning, but thought "No you don't need it. You'll be fine."

I'll edit later on my progress. I'm pretty busy all day, but I hope to eventually get to the gym tonight. 2 hours of cardio, no less.

Edit: I had some vegetable soup at the salon today. I rarely eat in front of my fellow stylists, so it was a good idea. It was only 100 cals. So that puts me at 325. Staying under 400. I plan to go to the gym later tonight. Woot. Stay strong

Wow thats really awesome! way to stay strong and i was wondering how you work out! i get way board with running every day and was curious what you do?!? I really hope you get the appartment! Stay strong!
