i just fucking want to cry right now. i normally don't post when i'm this low but i just need someone. J doesn't get off work for another few hours. fuck
It's a shitty feeling, being so low. Obviously I don't know what's making you feel this way, but it always passes... even if it feels like one hundred years. Maybe just write it all out and don't post it. Or clean your room. Or just sleep it off. Either of those usually make me feel better. Just don't sit around like a lump and dwell on it. That's never good.
But hey, you've got readers in all different timezones, so we're here for you 24/7.
it's okay. food is fuel. now you just have fuel for a few extra days. (this is a good mentality to have) Eating until saturday is not an option. saying that you might screw up and eat something makes you weaker and more likely to eat so if you really want to do this, don't think about messing up. think about a flat stomach and exercising off what you've eaten. (it works for me) just don't eat. think of all the gross things that food has encountered for it to reach you. here to support you. stay beautiful. leyna
I have been blogging for over three years. I have been high and low weights. All the games of an ED I have played. I have gone through treatment. I still struggle with things, especially when I hit low points in life. I am who I am. I try to avoid the unhealthy choices of what an eating disorder contains. They can't understand why I do what I do. No one understands unless they have gone through it themselves.
