New Week

This morning: Fruit snacks, two hard candies: 180

Workout: 60 min spin, 15 minutes lifting, +5

Water: so far 32 oz :4

Blended Ice Soy Mocha: I'm guessing 200 cal
Work another 6 hours
Workout tonight: cardio again, some abdominal work.
I will be 125 by the end of this week.
