You're not alone

Down 1.8 pounds. So pleased. I did a lot of cardio today. 25 min walk during work. 30 min eliptical. 1.5 hour playing cello.(I used a heart rate monitor to see how much I burn)
It's late and the sleep beast is calling. The husband and I had therapy yesterday. Near the end I blurted out:
"I am afraid with our differing values we will resent each other and I begin to worry about not wanting to stay married, again"

Took both him and the therapist by surprise. So we are currently sorting some important things out. Stats:

Hey girl, I noticed the turkey franks you're eating are 70 calories. I know I'm always looking for ways to cut my calories, so I thought I'd share what I've found: Ball Park 'Smoked White Turkey Franks' are 45 calories per frank, and super yummy :)

Glad you're back. Glad your doing well with the weight loss so far. We all know how it feels to have to re-start over. I recently jumped back up to 130 pounds and know need to work my way back down to at least a semi-decent weight. Glad to hear ya'll are going to therapy, so many people think they can deal with things on their own, and they can't. Hope it's helping.
