Liquid fast?!

I want to do a liquid fast soon. I have to do it on a day that my husband is out late. This coming Tuesday I think. Here is my latest body pics.



I am sitting at 140.4. I want to get out of the 40s!!!

I am usually around 135. But this is post pregnant body.

I told my husband last night that I wanted to start eating a little more vegetarian again. He didn't oppose the idea.

How do you sneak cutting calories? I like to take the tops of my sandwiches and combining the bottoms. Look how much I didn't eat last night.



I did a 4 mile run Thursday. I need to do Something today after work. Wish me luck!

I don't eat the buns, or condiments. You cut so many calories that way. I think you look amazing for being in the 140s sweetie. Just take it one day at a time =)

Don't get too down on yourself, u've been to hell and back and it takes time for your body to recooperate as well as you mind! All I can add is that I wish I looked like you at 128!

Remember that with liquid fasting you do lose a lot of weight at the start but it all comes back really fast due to solid waste being in your intestines/water retention/muscle loss. Don't push it out for too long or you lose a LOT of muscle!

I love chocolate almond milk haha. Soooo good.

I always leave the bread behind too. No dressing, no dip, sometimes even leave out the meat of whatever I'm eating. Less calories. Vegetarian is super helpful in that area.

You're such an amazing woman and it's good to see that you can rationally understand that yes, this is your body after pregnancy, and its not going to be exactly the same - although you're young, which is certainly an advantage! Take your time dear, you'll be back to your old form soon.

How have you been doing/holding up lately?

What's sad is that the girl Miles fell in love with was the happy, slim outgoing girl the disordered eating brought out. I could control what went in my mouth and make myself slimmer and that made me happy and more likely to wear skimpy clothes and do circus things. (Especially when I found out how much I could burn when practising for 2 hours straight!)
